Stanley Goodfriend

Stanley Goodfriend, president of Coastline Commercial Capital, Inc.,  began his lending career in 1979.  He has arranged loans on virtually every type of real property including single family, super jumbo single family, construction loans on residential and commercial properties, and loans on apartment buildings, mixed-use, retail, industrial, manufacturing, office and special purpose properties.  Further, these loans run the gambit of prime, subprime and hard money loans.  The company policy is always to qualify our borrowers for the best possible loans to suit their needs. 

Mr. Goodfriend graduated with B.A. in Economics from Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and earned his M.Ad. degree from the University of California, Riverside.  He has been a licensed California real estate broker since 1984.

Jeffrey  Joseph

Jeff Joseph, co-founder of Coastline Commercial Capital, runs the day to day operation of the company.   A native of Los Angeles, California,  Mr. Joseph has a bachelors degree from UCLA and law degree from the University of West Los Angeles.  While practicing law for over 20 years, Mr. Joseph specialized in consumer bankruptcy law, foreclosure and truth in lending matters.  His transition into the commercial lending business was a natural progression from counseling individuals and entities with financial issues.  The analytical training and discipline derived from his legal background has enabled Mr. Joseph and Coastline Commercial Capital to develop a reputation as a prominent commercial lender and broker with a unique ability to find the right commercial product for the situation presented.  Having represented thousands of individuals with financial problems for nearly 30 years has also enabled him to develop a compassion and understanding for those in need of financial assistance.
