We can arrange conventional financing from $100,00 to $20,000,000+ pm qualifying apartment buildings. Loans are available with a negative cash flow on properties where there is upside in rents. While cash flow is important with conventional programs, our hard money program is more concerned with the equity in the property, regardless of credit.
