While we have made numerous commercial and residential land loans previously to 50% LTV, we are not, as a general rule, making land loan requests in the present down market but we will however look at any scenario referred to us with the possibility of making a loan, not to exceed 33% ltv. We will, upon recovery of the market, make these loans in the future.
